根據「DailyView網路溫度計」，第10名的習俗是「掛鍾馗像」，傳統中五月又被稱為「毒月」，是細菌毒蟲最容易蔓延的季節，必須靠「鍾馗」來壓住毒氣、辟邪納福，鍾馗也因此被稱為「端午之神」；第9名則是「吟詩作對」，以紀念愛國詩人屈原，第8名到第6名分別是帶五毒符、打午時水、喝雄黃酒，都是為了抵擋毒氣、強身健體。
第5名是插菖蒲、艾草，這2種植物都能驅蟲解毒，綑綁成一束後掛於門上，還會搭配榕葉、月桃、紫蘇，以防疫驅毒；第4名是正午立蛋；第3名是佩掛香包；第2名是划龍舟，至於第1名當然非吃粽子莫屬，現今的粽子口味越來越多， 許多饕客更愛爭論的粽子應該沾醬油膏還是甜辣醬，可見在台灣這個美食王國，吃還是王道！
